In this blog post , i will share a small tip on how to Close Metro App in Windows 8 .
I have been using Windows 8 Consumer Preview on one of the Virtual Machine and have often used the below shortcuts to close the Metro App .
First one is the traditional Windows shortcut (Alt + F4) which works in Windows 7 and now in Windows 8 Consumer Preview too.
